SLIVER CANS FOR COMBER MACHINES Our quality always respond effectively to customer needs. This involves an attitude for innovation and the capacity of in-house R&D for designing the products matching its end use. Sliver Can respond to the individual needs of each customer with custom-designed solutions. The reliability of our products begins at the design and production stage, where the emphasis is on precision and defect free manufacture. We have installed a pool of flexible fabrication and machining centers for rivetless can making. Thus substantially simplifying the adaptation of our production system to different product mixes. Sliver Cans are made from virgin quality high density polyethylene sheets. The smooth seamless cylindrical body ensures that sliver damage is prevented. Provided with a kicking band for extra protection. Comes with a dust free swivel castors for maximum maneuverability. High quality springs Springs are made of special high quality carbon spring steel wire. The controlled manufacturing process of spring for the required sliver weight right from automatic winding to numerically controlled heat treatment process, ensures the tilt free position of the top plate throughout the working performance of the can. Spring bottom plate (PP), PVC coated strings and adjustable hooks holds the spring firmly also do not damage the can inner surface. To ensure uniform up and down movement and perfect flat positioning of top plate, a scissors action welded pantograph system is provided with ABS/PP top plates up to 24 inch diameter and galvanized top plates from 700mm diameter. CAN Accessories Smoothly finished Top Ring and Top Band (Stainless Steel, Galvanized steel, chrome plated steel) are rigidly fitted in the can to maintain roundness and also to prevent ovality. GI Embossed Bottom Plate and Rim give a sturdy support to the can and castors. Top plates are made of ABS/PP material with sturdy base and anti-slip finish provides better grip to the sliver without rupturing the fibers. Rigid Galvanized top plates are provided for cans of diameter from 700 mm.
