Daly 12S-5Amp ACTIVE BALANCER - YATI INFOTECH SOLUTION DALY 12S-5Amp Active Balancer is a powerful and intelligent equalization module designed specifically for 12-cell Li-ion and LiFePO4 battery packs. It uses advanced active balancing technology to maintain voltage consistency across all cells, ensuring improved performance, extended battery life, and enhanced safety. Battery packs often face imbalance issues due to variations in individual cell capacity, resistance, and voltage. Over time, these differences can lead to uneven charging and discharging, ultimately reducing the lifespan and efficiency of the entire battery system. To address this, the DALY 12S-5A Active Balancer transfers energy from higher-voltage cells to those with lower voltage using a continuous balancing current of up to 5 amps. As a result, this high-current active equalization enables much faster balancing than traditional systems. Moreover, unlike passive balancers that simply waste excess energy as heat, this model uses an internal energy storage and transfer system. Therefore, it operates with greater energy efficiency while reducing thermal load and loss.
