DALY NMC 14S-40AMP HARDWARE BMS - Yati Infotech solutionThe DALY NMC 14S‑40A Hardware Battery Management System (BMS) is a dedicated protective controller designed for 14‑cell lithium‑ion (NMC) battery packs connected in series (14S), typically used in 48 V nominal systems for applications such as electric bicycles, scooters, solar energy storage, UPS backup systems, and other portable power units. As a hardware‑based BMS, it focuses on essential battery protection functions without requiring advanced smart features like Bluetooth or CAN communications. The unit continuously monitors each cell's voltage, overall pack voltage, and temperature to prevent unsafe conditions, while passive cell balancing helps keep the individual cells at compatible voltages, improving pack longevity and performance. Its rugged construction with waterproof and dustproof features ensures reliable operation even in outdoor or harsh environments. The board includes built‑in safeguards against over‑charge, over‑discharge, over‑current, short circuits, and thermal extremes, providing stable and safe battery operation in a wide range of real‑world use cases.
