DCM Shriram Chemicals produces Stable Bleaching Powder (SBP) with a capacity of 40,000 TPA at our Kota facility. This essential chemical is manufactured by reacting lime with liquid chlorine, a co-product of our chlor-alkali process. SBP contains approximately 35% available chlorine.How it's made:SBP is produced through the chlorination of high-grade hydrated lime. The resulting compound, calcium hypochlorite, is the active ingredient responsible for its bleaching and disinfecting properties.Applications: Aquaculture Pulp and Paper Textile Sericulture
