Decade Resistance Box (DRB-181) is an instrument used to provide a precise resistance value in electrical testing. It consists of a series of resistors, with each decade representing a range of tenfold values, allowing for accurate adjustments in circuit calibration and experimentation. Decade Resistance Box : Model No. DRB-181 It has 8 decades of .001,.01,.1,1,10,100,1K & 10Kohm. Total Range : 1 milli-ohm to 111.1111 Kohm Accuracy : + 0.1 % for all dials. Contact Resistance of each Switch : Less than 0.005 Ω. Silver-to-Silver plated Switches are used. Max. Current : 1 A for 1 ohm Dial & 7 mA for 10 Kohm dial. Max. Wattage of each resistor is 1 Watt. Non-Inductive wire wound Resistances of Aged Manganin Wire are used.
