Decade Resistance Box Model No. DRB-8 is a device used to provide precise resistance values for testing and calibration. It consists of a series of resistors that can be dialed to achieve the desired resistance. This tool is essential for accurate measurements and calibration in electrical engineering and laboratory settings.Decade Resistance Box : Model No. DRB-8 Used as reference standard  To be used with Wheatstone / Kelvin Double bridge/ Microohm Meter It has 8 decades of 0.001, 0.01,0.1,1,10,100, 1K & 10K ohms. Total Range : 1 ohm to 1.11111 Meg-ohm Accuracy : + 0.5 % for 6 dials (above 0.1 ohm) & + 1 % for 10milli-ohm dial & + 2 % for 1 milli-ohm dial Contact Resistance of each Switch : Less than 1 milli-ohm. We will give 8 terminals, 4 for 1 milli-ohm dial & 4 for Balance 7 dials. You can join them with 2 brass strips. Nickle to Nickle plated Switches are used. Max. Current : 10A for 1milli-ohm dial, 5 Amp. for 10 milliohm dial, 1A for 0.1 ohm dial & so on --- 0.4 A for 1 ohm Dial & 7 mA for 10 Kohm dial. Max. Wattage of each resistor is 1 Watt. Non-Inductive wirewound Resistances of Aged Manganin Wire are used.
