Detergent Cake is detergent in cake form, which can be used with hand as well as in soft water. Detergent cakes are generally formulated using one or more surfactants to improve their cleaning performance and make them good even for use in hard water conditions. There are three ways to produce powder detergent: blender, agglomeration, and slurry method. The last one, performed in a spray drying tower, is the most reliable one. It comprises seven essential steps, from dosing and mixing raw ingredients to post-processing and packaging of the product.
