A hydraulic power pack is a stand-alone assembly consisting of a drive motor, hydraulic pump and hydraulic fluid tank. The drive motor is connected to the hydraulic pump via a shaft and drives this. The motor and pump can be installed on the tank, as well as inside the tank in oil.A diesel-driven hydraulic power-pack delivers oil under pressure to hydraulic motors or cylinders. We supply these power-packs usually combined with hydraulic pumps. The pressurized oil is transported through hydraulic hoses or pipes to the hydraulic pump. The velocity of the pump can be varied by the oil flow.Essentially, a hydraulic power pack is a self-contained unit that provides the power to drive an actuator within a hydraulic system, such as a motor or cylinder.
