Digital Micro-ohm meter is a precise instrument used to measure very low resistance values in micro-ohms. It is essential for testing electrical components like circuit breakers and switch contacts, ensuring accurate readings and reliability in high-current applications.Digital Micro-ohm meter (DM-181HMI) Range: 1 Micro Ohm to 19.999 k Ohms in 7 ranges Accuracy + 0.2 % (overall) Current – 2 Amps. at Lower range( 19.999 mohm) & Lower (approx. 0.1 A at higher ranges.) Mains Operated. 4 Terminal arrangement. Stable ‘SET ZERO' Knob is also provided. 4½ digit for measuremt of any value above 1 milli-ohm Screen will display RT, Temp., Correction Factor & R20. Touch Maxwell Data Box & you will get New window in which you will see Dia. Touch it & enter dia of wire in mm. After pressing ENTER, you can see Resistivity & Conductivity Column. You can either select Copper or Aluminium wire. Electrical method to find Conductivity Then transfer data from HMI to pendrive & take print. HMI will store data of 20 days in Memory. Most Suitable to measure resistance of copper wire, aluminum wire having any diameter from 0.1 mm dia to 15 mm. If you wish to measure resistance of 1 metre wire then you need wooden attachment with Clamps(Model CA-391) to hold wire. For DM-181HMI, You also need CA-391.
