The� following� screen� appear once� the� system� is switched� on

a. co2 content� test:-
once you select �the� above� test �following� screen apears
1. Set� the� parameters� as� per the� �instructions below

note ; the� approximate� setting� are� as� follows, initially the� trial� is� taken
without� mask to� normalise� the� machine ( 1. Co2 flow :� 1. 8- 2lpm,
2. Humidifier� bath temp: 50-52 deg c ,� 3. Cycles/ min (stoke): 25 )
2. Once the paramet� ers are� set , you� can press the� test
start" button
3. The� machine will�� start without� �co2 flow� for� a
minute and� then the� co2 flow �will start� as per the
setting
4. Co2 flow� is so� adjusted to� achieve� exhalation� co2�� is
about 4. 85 -5. 1%�� ans� inhalation co2� is� about� 0. 4-0. 5% ,
keeping the� duct� in front of the hood� with blower on.
5. Once the exhalation air� temp reaches about� 37 deg� c , the
mask can be� put� on the� hood ,� seal it from all� sides� and
take� trials� for� exhalation (i. E. About >5 %) and� inhalation
co2 %������ (i. E. > 1%)
the� test� can be� repeated for� other batch of products
b. simulated wearing �test
when you select� this� test� the� following screen areas

1. Set the parameter� for wearing mask test
2. Run the� test� with� test start button
3. Bath temp to be� adjusted� to achieve exhalationtemp� to 37deg�� c.
