Model: TFTD / TFTC is the testing device that helps to equate to the strength of the material before it breaks. The mechanical properties of the testing material can change dramatically when certain additives are included in it at the time of formulation. This all depends on what type of material you are testing; some of these properties incorporate strength, brittle, and toughness, ductile i.e. which is a measure of how much it can be collapsed before it fracture, or a material that may still exhibit both properties The Fine Testing Instruments Tensile Testing Machine, Model: TFTD / TFTC gives highly accurate force measuring system for testing a variety of materials, components, and structures. Load cells, grips, fixtures can be interchanged easily to perform different tests like:, · Elongation, · Compression · Coefficient of Friction, Measurement is done using a tensile tester by applying a constant rate of elongation to the test strip. The control panel is an integral constituent of the testing system, decreasing setup time and increasing testing efficiency through the use of display helps to record the load and extension of the sample. Tests can be set up and run directly from the control panel.
