Product Description :- Equipment to determine Tensile Strength of PP Bags, Fabric, Rubber, Steel Wire Polyester Thin Film, Aluminum wire, rod, Plastic sheet, Plastic film, Tiles & yarnVACetc. Cell: with Digital Display. Maximum capacity 3000kg with 1500gm accuracy work on CRE (Constant Rate of Elongation) principle. Two selectable speeds: 300mm/minute and 10mm/minute. Optional: – Load cell of 500kg, 1000kg etc. and Jaws as per requirement. It is also used for Determining Strength of Steel Wire Aluminum wire, rod, Plastic sheet, Plastic film, and Tiles by using different Load cell & different jaws. Optional Feature:- Specially designed gripper jaws for holding fragile samples. Advanced load sensor sensing through advanced electronics. Highly sensitive load sensor with linearity feature and repeatability Crosshead travel length: 750mm grip to grip Single column rugged structure Safety limit switches for over travel safety Hardened lead screws for frictionless movement Load cell calibrated by NPL approved proving ring/dynamometers High accurate micro-controller based system controls Peak Hold facility available Immediate analysis of results after test with complete accuracy & precision Feather touch controls Other capacities available as per requirement.
