This plant has a mix of strong acidic and basic cations in the perfect ratio.Mixed Beds are ion exchangers that have both Cation and Anion resins, mixed in a single vessel. The resin bed is in the both H-OH form. These units are normally designed so that they can be automatically operated, wMixed-bed ion-exchange filters (FISD) are designed for use in desalting units and condensate purification units in power plants. Water filtration in these filters is carried out through a layer of special ion exchange charge consisting of a cationite and anionite mixture. ith all the necessary internals, instruments, components and controls.
