A DM (Deionized or Demineralized) Water Treatment Plant is a highly efficient system designed to remove dissolved mineral salts and impurities from water, delivering high-purity demineralized water suitable for industrial and laboratory applications. Key Features: Ion Exchange Technology: Utilizes cation and anion exchange resins to effectively remove minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, chlorides, sulfates, and nitrates. Two-Bed or Mixed-Bed Systems: Available in two-bed (separate cation and anion columns) and mixed-bed configurations for enhanced purification. High Purity Output: Produces water with conductivity as low as 0.1 µS/cm and near-zero TDS, ideal for boiler feed, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and power generation. Automatic & Manual Options: Available with fully automatic regeneration systems or manual controls, based on user requirements. Regeneration Capability: Regenerates with acid and alkali to restore ion exchange capacity for long-term use. Corrosion-Resistant Construction: Made with durable materials such as FRP, SS, or MSRL to ensure longevity and chemical resistance.
