These cranes have two main bridges which makes them much more sturdy and robust in structure. Designed to assist in heavy duty operations, these EOT cranes are built with better aesthetics and utility than single girder cranes.A double trolley, five motion, top running bridge crane usually consists of two trolleys of equal lifting capacity. Utilizing two trolleys provides greater flexibility to handle long loads at any desired lifting center.A single girder crane has only one bridge beam, and the hoist trolley operates or travels on the lower flange of the bridge girder. A double girder crane will have two bridge beams, and the hoist trolley travels on rails, usually attached to the tops of the crane girder.
