Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing of dry powders and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel. The effective volume for optimum homogeneity is between 35-70% of gross volume.In the chemical industry, it is been used in the mixing of chemicals, dry powdered detergents, glass or ceramic, fertilizer etc. Different ingredients are been used in the pharmaceutical industry. In order to mix the ingredients dry powder mixing cone blender is been used.The double cone air classifier is used to centrifugal separate the coarse particles. The airflow of Air Classifier conveys the material from below between the external and internal envelope and subsequently reaches the upper part of the separator.
