For PVC and Aluminum profiles cutting.Automatic positioning of the mobile head by means of the computerized control panel.Solid cast construction for length and angle accuracy.Automatic tilt movement of the saw heads to 45° and 90°. Intermediate angles are possible by manual adjustment. The 420 mm. saw blade diameter enables to cut two 60 mm. profiles at the same time.Piece numbers, length dimensions, angular positions and quantities can be programmed on the control panel (999 different data can be stored). Data transfer by means of network connection (RS-232).Fixed profile support conveyor on the mobile right head provides work piece stability.Protective covers increase working safety.Horizontal pneumatic clamps ensure optimum profile fixing.
