The Double Skin Modular Air Handling Unit is designed based on modular panelling concept to fulfill the indoor air quality requirement. The air flow of DM AHU is within range of 330 to 20,000 lps (700 to 42379 CFM) and up to a total static pressure of 1991 pa (8” W.G).The air handling unit (AHU) is the heart of central air conditioning. It collects outside air and room air, removes dust and other particles from the collected air, adjusts the temperature and humidity and then supplies comfortable and refreshing air-conditioned air into the rooms through ducts.Air handling unit is an important equipment in the pharmaceutical industry. It is used to control the environment inside the clean room. The unit can be used to adjust the temperature, humidity and air pressure. It also filters the air to remove contaminants.An AHU is part of the larger HVAC system (heating, ventilating, and air conditioning). The device takes air from the outdoors, cleans and conditions it, and heats or cools it as needed. Once properly conditioned, the air is forced through duct work inside the rooms of the building.One such development is the double-skin facade, which in most cases comprises of a traditional single-skin facade doubled-up with an additional outer layer covering all or part of the building within.
