The design, selection, construction of air-cooled fluid coolers are through computer which gives very accurate thermal transfer. The Tubes and fins can be Copper, Aluminum. FansAxial flow fans are directly driven by motor. The fans are of aluminum die cast with adjustable pitch and are individually tested for different flow rate. They are all dynamically balanced. Since, the complete fan is of aluminum alloy it does not corrode when used in outdoor application. Motor The motors are IP 55 Class with F class insulation and low rpm of the motor minimize noises and increases efficiency. Motors are specially designed to take the moisture / rain, dust and to withstand atmospheric temp. up-to 120oC. Enclosure Mild steel sheets of heavy gauge steel are used for enclosure construction. The units are powder coated with 80 micronsBase FrameThe entire unit is assembled on heavy duty channel base frame and it can be placed in open ground or can be mounted on roof top depending upon the job site requirements.
