Mill Power RDM100 Roasting & Mixing Machine is a compact, business-ready batch solution for consistent roasting and uniform mixing of dry food products and masala ingredients. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), the RDM100 is designed for small to mid-scale production where reliability, hygiene, and repeatable output are required. Powered by a 1 HP drive, the RDM100 handles up to 100 litres per batch with approx. 0.75 kWh power consumption (depends on batch load, product type, and process time). It supports 230V or 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase or Three Phase, making it suitable for multiple installation conditions in India and overseas. Build & Construction The RDM100 is manufactured with a Mild Steel / SS202 heavy fabrication structure for strength and long life, combined with an SS304 Stainless Steel bowl for food-grade, corrosion-resistant operation. The bowl is balanced and centrally aligned with the gear shaft, ensuring stable rotation, smooth mixing, and even roasting results.
