Two Color Rotary injection molding machine.It can produce complex material products, such as hard and soft compound material, increase close upon and not affect mechanical intensity of the product. It can also produce the product complex with two colors, like mobile phone, key-press of the computer keyboard, telephone keystoke, cellphone cover, toys, stationery and daily use bi-color products. This kind of machine can reduce the processing greatly, save the production time above 60%, two color molding in one time, reduce the quality problem cause by shrank with the change of temperature. It not only reduce production cost greatly, at the same time increase the quality of the product for customers.
This machine features: multi-purpose machine
1. It can be used as two standard injection molding machines; the non-shift mode is selected, and the left and right sides are operated independently without affecting each other.
2, can be a 3-station rotary machine; close one side of the action,The other side opens the semi-automatic motion and becomes a 3-station rotary machine.
3, can be a 3-station turntable two-color machine; both sides open semi-automatic action at the same time,Realize the function of the turntable two-color machine.
