It is a multifunctional power-house that combines all the necessary safety and regulation components of a gas train into one compact, modular unit. The "LE" in the name is the defining feature: it stands for Slow Opening (with an adjustable Fast Stroke), which is essential for achieving a "soft start" during burner ignition. 1. Integrated Components Instead of piping five different parts together, the MB-DLE includes: Fine-Mesh Sieve: An internal 0.8 mm filter to trap debris. Pressure Regulator: Stabilizes the gas pressure to the burner manifold. Safety Valve 1 (V1): Fast-opening/fast-closing shut-off valve. Safety Valve 2 (V2): Slow-opening/fast-closing shut-off valve (contains the hydraulic brake). 2. Functional Adjustments The MB-DLE is highly tunable to ensure the burner lights smoothly without "booming" or flame lift-off. Adjustment Component Function Pressure Regulator Regulator Screw Sets the operating gas pressure (e.g., the S20 range is 4–20 mbar).
