DWC Pipes, better known as HDPE�Double Walled Corrugated�pipes, are widely used for ducting cable networks, underground electrical cable conduits, and sewage/wastewater conveying. MIPATEX DWC pipes are made from the best available HDPE raw material with a very high life expectancy, which is more than 50 years in some cases.
- Durable: HDPE DWC pipes are made from best available HDPE raw material which has a very high life expectancy, which is more than about 50 years in some cases.
- Anti-Rodent: Conduits can be manufactured with Anti- Rodent properties if there is such a need.
- Non- Flame Propagating: conduits can be made to inculcate special feature such as non-flame propagation which will not allow the fire to propagate due to conduit.
- Light weight, Pliable and easy to lay/transport: Compared to any other product like GI, CI, Cement with equivalent life expectancy, the weight of HDPE/DWC/PLB conduit is very less due the material density difference. So it�s very easy to transport and lay. These pipes are also pliable! They can be bent to certain radii without causing any damage to the pipe, which is not possible with other materials.
- Multi Use: ducting electric cables, telecom cable, optical fiber cable, and sewage/wastewater conveying.
- Fittings: We offer a full range of injection-molded fittings for DWC pipes, including joints, couplers, reducing couplers, tees, clamps, and 90� elbows. These fittings are available with a gasket for attaching the fittings.
