A slotter machine is a machine tool in which material is removed for producing desired shapes. This machine is meant to slot & corner cut the corrugated board simultaneously. The machine is provided with three slotting heads and one corner head. These heads can be easily set by means of gear rack mechanism provided with the machine. Screw are provided on the slotting head for adjusting the side cutters.The slotting machine is mainly used for cutting planes, forming surfaces and key-ways, etc., and is suitable for single or small batch production.A slotting machine is defined as a reciprocating machine tool that is used to remove unwanted material chips from the workpiece.
