The Slat Conveyor is used when hand baggingwith a volumetric filler, net weigh or gross weigh scale. EDI following the standard diameters for Screw Conveyors manufacturing from 100mm to 600mm. larger diameters and machines for specialist applications can also be manufactured as per clients requirement. All flighting, screw conveyors and augers can be manufactured from mild steel and painted or hot dip galvanised or from Stainless steel. Screw Conveyors is driven via; Vee belt drive from the motor directly to the shaft. Gearmotor with final chain drive to the shaft. 90 degree gearmotor drive directly coupled to the shaft
FLIGHT TYPES:
- Rolled flighting from 5 or 6mm mild steel in full pitch or 50% or 60% pitch for standard applications.
- Segmented flights in various thicknesses of mild steel or from hardened steel to suit more arduous applications.
- Variable pitch flighting for bin dischargers.
- Ribbon flight for handling sticky materials.
- Paddle flights for mixing applications.
