Deodorization: Steam is used to remove odor-causing substances and volatile compounds through distillation, ensuring the oil has a neutral flavor and smell. Winterization: In this process, oil is cooled to remove waxes and solid fats, ensuring that the oil remains clear and does not become cloudy at lower temperatures. Filtration: Fine particles and remaining impurities are removed from the oil to improve its purity. Applications: Edible Oils: Sunflower oil, soybean oil, palm oil, cottonseed oil, and others. Food Industry: Cooking, frying, and food preparation. Non-Food Uses: Also used in cosmetics, biodiesel production, and other industrial applications.
