JBFS, facilitated with massive industrial proficiency and understanding in this sector, we have designed our Reversible Concrete Batch Mixer to be a workhorse which can effectively put to use for round-the-clock production. These Concrete Mixers are used to form concrete by blending sand, gravel, metal, water and additive chemicals together. Due to their immense strength of performing for longer duration, bulk concrete can be produced in short amount of time while maintaining the superior quality.
Renowned for withstanding continuous hard and rough use as usually encounter at work site, our entire assortment adheres to the international and national standards (IS 1791:1968) and stringently checked by our quality controller during production and before dispatch. The drum rotates in one direction for mixing and in the opposite direction for discharging the concrete. There are two types of blades attached to the inner walls of the drum, one set drags the concrete upwards and towards the while the second set of blades pushes the concrete towards the opening when the drum rotates in the other direction. Our machine is fitted with a new micro-processor controlled digital weighing system with LED monitor, Hydraulic Hopper, water tank with pump and four jack with pneumatic retreated rubber wheels for maintaining the level of the machine. Come in multiple configurations to match your business demands.
