1. Our wheel works on specially designed 360 watts single phase P.M.D.C. Motor having 180 Volts. 2. Specially designed Foot Pedal Control System which helps in Increasing & Reducing the speed of the wheel according to your requirement & due to this clay can be moulded easily. 3. There will be no Change in the Speed if you remove the foot from the padel, in other words, you can adjust the speed with your foot and can remove your foot from the padel. 4. Motor is fitted in sheet metal box with tray on top. 5. Motor is fitted on wooden sheet so there is no danger from current supply 6. Working plate made-up of Aluminium of 12” diameter is fitted at top of the box. 7. Overall size L- 22”, B- 18”, H- 20” & Weight- 40 Kg. (Approx.) Features- Foot Padel is provided to get Variable speed (From 0 to 220 RPM) according to your requirement. Foot Padel works as acceleration. Speed will not be change if foot is removed from foot padel Clay throwing capacity is around 25-30 Kgs. (Approx.) Two Fuses are provided for short circuit protection. Fan located within motor is used for cooling the motor. Box & Tray are powder coated for long life. Easy to operate. Low electricity consumption. No vibration & no speed reduction during shaping the articles.
