Electroplating Dryer - Hot Air, 300 kg, Electric dries electroplated metal parts so that the moisture removal is consistent and fast. The frame is made of mild steel and the machine supports a weight of 300 kg. It uses an electric heater that provides 2.2 kW of power. As the internal environment heats, the air reaches a maximum temperature of 180°C. By using the door located on the top of the unit, workers can access the interior. The basket is 4 feet high to allow the operator to move items easily. There is a design in place that allows industrial drying processes to remain consistent.
