The Electroplating Plant - ED Coating, 10,000 L, Automatic is a machine built in India for the surface treatment of automotive parts, household appliances and engineering components in large quantities. The machine contains a tank that holds 10 000 L of liquid plus a rectifier that provides 750 A. It operates between 300 VDC and 400 VDC so that the application of the coating remains steady. Mild steel and fiber reinforced plastic are the materials used to build the structure so that the plant resists wear but also chemical damage for a long time. There are Human Machine Interface & Programmable Logic Controller systems that allow operators to manage the steps of the process with accuracy. With those controls, the machine produces a final surface that is even and prevents the metal from rusting.
