SMARTsaa CAS PT is new productintroduced for measuring fly ash level in ESP hopper and monitoring condition of ESP hoppers by non contact way. Salient Features Portable Model Gives ash quantity Percent in ESP hopper Indicates rat hole formation Indicates ash deposition on the inside walls of hopper Advance indication about hopper condition Application : Fly ash storage silosare used to store the fly ash removed by the ESP system. These silos are verylarge and hold hundreds of thousands of pounds of ash. Because the ash isvery dusty and the conveying system is pneumatic, a large amount of airbornedust is created inside the silo environment.
