The Etching Marking Head is made of special conductive material called Graphite and Brass. Graphite is famous for its Durability and conductive Quality, we use imported Graphite where as for proper transmission of electricity we use Brass, which is also famous for its conductive. Different types of Standard marking heads are available or it can be customized as per individual requirements:
A marking head is used to release a weak current to the metal surface through a marking stencil/mask soaked in the electrolyte fluid. Dark marking and white etching results are achieved by switching between Alternating (AC) and Direct (DC) electric current – and through the use of appropriate marking stencils.

Connecting Leads:
Connecting Leads we supply is made of Stainless Steel Crocodile Head, used in easier way to get proper flow of current. Connecting lead can directly attach to fixture for ease of operation. Two types of Leads we provide
- Red Lead for Marking Head
- Black Lead fro Ground connection with Crocodile Clips
