Everest Turbine-type oil flow meter is a specific kind of flow meter that measures the flow rate of oil using a rotating turbine mechanism. These meters are commonly used for applications requiring high accuracy and reliability, especially when dealing with clean, low-viscosity fluids like turbine oil. How a Turbine-Type Oil Flow Meter Works: Flow Mechanism: The oil passes through the flow meter, causing the turbine rotor inside to spin. The rotational speed of the turbine is directly proportional to the flow rate of the oil. Sensing: Magnetic or optical sensors detect the rotational speed of the turbine. The detected speed is converted into a flow rate (e.g., liters per minute or gallons per minute) using calibration data. Output: The flow rate can be displayed on an onboard digital or analog readout. Outputs may also include electronic signals (e.g., 4-20 mA or pulse signals) for integration with control systems. Key Features: High Accuracy: ±0.5% to ±1% of the reading. Repeatability: Excellent repeatability ensures consistent measurements.
