The EX-4020 Fiber Laser Cutting Machine - WITH ENCLOSURE & EXCHANGE TABLE comes with a full metal enclosure and a twin pallet system that lets you load fresh sheets while the laser works on the other side. It cuts sheet steel, aluminum, brass plus similar materials to an accuracy of plus or minus 0.05 mm for every metre of travel. The work bed measures 4000 mm in 2000 mm - a full four metre sheet fits without extra repositioning. An AX2000 controller running Cypcut software guides the beam - laser power ranges from 1.5 kW up to 6 kW - the higher ratings slice through thick plate quickly, the lower settings handle thin sheets with less heat and lower energy use. All optics, drives but also the rack-and-pinion motion system sit inside a sealed cabin, keeping operators clear of the beam and sparks. The exchange table rolls out on rails, letting one pallet collect finished parts while the second pallet moves into place for the next sheet. The whole unit is fabricated, wired as well as tested in India - rigid welded frame, helical rack guides and linear rails give the machine a long working life or steady cut quality. The result is clean, narrow kerfs, minimal burr and repeatable part geometry, suitable for job shops next to factories that need reliable, precise laser cut components.
