Superon Supergold 002 MB an electrode with semi hard and machinable deposit for rebuilding and surfacing. High Build up electrode depositing a weld metal that resists extreme compression stress. The weld deposit is dense and resist to deformation, compression and high impact. Hardness: 25>27 RC Obtained in pure weld metal Recommended Current: -DC+DC or AC Specifications Weld Deposit Properties: Hardness as Deposited ..............................................25>27 RC Deposit Thickness ......................................................1-3 Passes Deposits are machinable Applications Build up Rails Shafts Worn Parts Drive Sprockets Gear Teeth...
