FESTO 527461 SDE5-V1-O-Q6E-P-M8 is an original compact vacuum pressure sensor designed for reliable vacuum monitoring and switching in pneumatic and industrial automation systems. It features a -1 to 0 bar relative pressure measuring range, PNP switching output, threshold switching with fixed hysteresis, and a normally open switching element. The sensor uses a piezoresistive measuring principle with a QS-6 push-in pneumatic connection and 3-pin M8x1 electrical connection. It operates on 15–30 V DC, supports up to 100 mA output current, provides 0.3% FS repeatability, and has IP40 protection with a yellow LED switching-status indicator. Suitable for vacuum gripping, suction confirmation, object detection, pneumatic automation, compressed-air monitoring, and industrial vacuum applications. Festo Part No.: 527461.
