Fibre Classifier is a highly effective instrument designed to classify the distribution of pulp fiber lengths. It utilizes sieves of various mesh sizes, combined with a consistent water flow, to separate fibers based on their length. This classifier can also measure changes in fiber length due to beating. The pulp suspension is divided into fractions, each with a different mean fiber length, providing valuable insights for the paper production process.
