FR-4 Fiberglass Epoxy Sheet (also known as Glass Epoxy Sheet or G10 Sheet) is a high-pressure thermoset laminate made from woven fiberglass cloth and flame-retardant epoxy resin. It is one of the most widely used industrial insulating materials, known for its excellent electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and thermal resistance. "FR" stands for Flame Retardant, meaning the material self-extinguishes and does not spread fire — making it ideal for electrical, electronic, and industrial applications.
