It provides a simple, reliable, and repeatable means of detecting surface defects, pinholes, or porosity in weld seams by using a soap solution and vacuum test method. Constructed with a flat transparent acrylic viewing window, the box allows clear visual observation of bubble formation during testing, ensuring quick and accurate leak detection in accordance with industry standards such as ASME Section V, Article 10 and API 650 Appendix M. Key Features Rugged Construction: Made from high-quality acrylic and aluminum/brass fittings for durability and corrosion resistance. Flat Transparent Window: Enables clear observation of bubble formation during vacuum testing. Even Vacuum Distribution: Fitted with a precision vacuum valve and hose nipple for uniform vacuum application. High-Integrity Sealing: Equipped with a soft neoprene or silicone rubber gasket ensuring excellent surface contact and leak-tight seal.
