IQUBX WP02 Snap-Fit Panel Mounting System is a modular aluminium wall-panel fixing system designed for rapid, concealed installation of decorative panels on existing walls, partitions and framing systems. The system uses aluminium base channels and snap-fit locking profiles to securely mount panels without visible fasteners on the finished surface. WP02 is suitable for large wall-cladding, interior refurbishment and modular partition projects where clean detailing, fast installation and future panel replacement are important. Base channels are screw-fixed to the wall, substrate or supporting frame in the required design grid. After the panels are positioned, the top snap-fit locking profile is pressed into place to hold panels securely and create a neat continuous joint. The slim visible profile is only 14 mm wide, with 5 mm flanges and a 4 mm groove, providing a minimal architectural joint between panels. It is compatible with 10–11 mm thick panels, including gypsum board, pre-laminated particle board, lacquered glass pasted on base board, soft boards and other compatible decorative panels. Individual panels can be removed and replaced for maintenance, repairs or future design changes without demolition of the entire wall surface. WP02 can also be installed on both sides of a supporting frame to create modular partitions.
