The Flexible Heaters are adaptable to the point that they can be explicitly custom fitted to fit a large number of various compartments appropriate for practically any size and specifications. This bespoke service (i.e. tailor something or redo it as indicated by the inclinations or guidelines of the client) offers ideal answers for clients requiring non-standard holders to be heated as quickly as could really be expected and proficiently protected. All inner layers are manufactured using unique coated glass cloths for protection from chemicals and long-term temperature durability. All heating jackets utilise high efficiency insulation to reduce heat-loss to a minimum.Features of Jacket Heater Our range of Flexible Heaters simply wrap around the vessel, clip together. The thermostat can be ideally set for heating and maintaining a temp upto 150 °C.Thermal insulation to reduce heat-loss and increase efficiency whilst providing protection for the operator. Fitted with adjustable retaining straps. Single Phase. Two Phase and Three Phase versions available from stock. Deliver an even heat over a large surface area, minimising the possibilities of damaging the product. High-temperature silicone-coated fiberglass-cloth is used for all layer. Fit and forget – no regular maintenance required. Safe to use 24 hours a day. Used for variety of plastic and metal containers
