A flexible belt type heater is a highly flexible, low-cost and very practical heating element option. They are made using a highly flexible silicon that is wrapped with resistance wire. Belt Heaters are commonly used for heating pipes, drums of viscous products such as oils, honey, waxes and grease and various chemicals. Flexible belt heaters are simply wrap around the drum and tighten via the springs. It comes with or without adjustable thermostat and does require a flat surface in order to achieve a good heat transfer.The temperature range of our silicon belt type heating elements is up to 150°C.The right belt heater will help reduce downtime and provide a safer workplace for everyone on site.
