"Flowtech" make digital metal tube rotameter is used for flow measurement where current output with totaliser is required.Design Features: Local indication without the need for auxiliary power. Minimum pressure loss. Easy to read. Accurate measurement even at higher flow (150 m ³ /hr). Suitable for low flow (8lph) Default inbuilt transmitter of 4 — 20 ma (loop powered). No movement assembly reducing the maintenance. Simplified piping and reduced space requirements. Permanent magnetic link between metering float and motion position transmitter. Precision swaged metering tube. Heavy duty welded float and guide construction. Guide cartridges easily removable for cleaning Provide with electrical transmitter, flow indicator or alarm. Available f/f height in 250, 350,450,500 mm. Available flange size 15 nb to 150 nb & flow 200 lph to 2,00,000 lph. "Flowtech" metal tube variable area flow meters (rotameter) are intended for application where high pressure, temperature or corrosive conditions preclude the use of conventional glass tube. These are all metal variable area type flow meter design to measure flow rate of liquids, gases & steam under critical conditions. It consists of a tapered metal tube, an indicating assembly and a float.
