Electric Car Paint Booth – 12 × 4 × 7 m, Side Draft is a professional side-draft paint booth engineered for automotive refinishing, providing a 12×4×7 m workspace that supports complete vehicle coverage and efficient workflow. The booth provides a workspace that measures 12 meters long, 4 meters wide and 7 meters high so that technicians can access the entire vehicle surface. In this structure, fans move 20 000 m³/h of air across the room from the side. The booth uses digital controls to keep the air moving at an even rate - this movement carries excess paint spray and small dust particles away from the vehicle. To dry the paint electric heaters warm the air to a specific temperature. Because the heaters use electricity, technicians do not need to move or store fuel. The interior walls consist of puff panels that stop heat from escaping. On the ceiling LED lamps produce bright light so that painters can see the colors clearly. The booth has doors that fold to allow vehicles to enter the space easily. Because of the strong materials in the walls, the structure requires little repair over time. There is a side draft design that pulls dirty air away from the vehicle surface. As a result the paint stays clean and technicians do not have to fix mistakes.
