Product Details
The Industrial Car Paint Booth - 12 × 5 × 4 m is a workspace for the refinishing of automobiles and industrial bodies. It provides a work area that measures 12 meters in length, 5 meters in width and 4 meters in height. The structure contains the entire vehicle during the process. Air moves downward at a rate of 20 000 m³/h. Operators use digital panels to regulate this flow. Folding doors seal the area to keep the air movement laminar - this motion carries overspray plus small particles away from the surfaces. As a result the painted surfaces are smooth and lack defects. A diesel burner heats the interior. The system regulates the temperature to make the paint harden faster. Explosion proof LED but also fluorescent lamps illuminate the space - those lights allow the technicians to see clearly and match colors accurately. The walls consist of puff panels - those panels stop heat from escaping as well as are easy to wash. The frame is strong so that the booth functions for a long time in busy shops. The downdraft design pulls contaminants toward the floor and away from the car - this prevents the need to paint a surface a second time. It also reduces the duration of the work cycle.
