Auramix 350 DIS is a high performance super plasticizer suitable for low and high grade concrete and intended for applications where high water reduction and long workability retentions are required. Auramix 350 DIS developed to use in:     Long workability retention concrete. Standard Compliance Auramix 350 DIS complies to IS:9103:1999 as water reducing and retarding type admixture and ASTM C 494 Type F and G depending on dosage. Description Auramix 350 DIS is a unique combination of new generation super plasticizer based on polycarboxilic ether polymer with long lateral chain. Electrostatic dispersion mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in fl owable concrete. It is supplied as a light brown liquid, instantly dispersible in water. Auramix 350 DIS disperses the cement particles eff ectively in the concrete mix and hence exposes a larger surface area to the hydration process. This eff ect is used either to increase Auramix 350 DIS the strength or to produce high workability concrete or reduce cement content of concrete or to retard the setting time of concrete. However the normal dosage ranges between 0.3 to 1.3 precent by weight of total cement or binder content. Dosage beyond Limits: Dosage beyond limits can be used to meet particular mix requirements in consultation with Fosroc technical department. Effect of over dosage: Over dosage may cause delay in setting and segregation. Estimating Packaging: Auramix 350 DIS is available in 200 kg, 250kg and bulk Storage Auramix 350 DIS has a minimum shelf life of 12 months provided the temperature is kept within range of 20C and 50C.
