Fosroc Conbextra GP5 is a ready-to-use, ultra high-strength, cementitious precision grout that is non-shrink and free-flowing when mixed with a controlled amount of water. It's designed for critical grouting applications where extremely heavy loads, vibrations and dynamic forces occur. 🔸 Key Features ✔ Non-shrink — expands slightly in the plastic state to completely fill voids without shrinkage.✔ Ultra high strength — develops very high compressive strength for heavy load support. ✔ Free-flowing — excellent flowability for filling tight gaps and undercut areas.✔ Low water demand — helps achieve high early and long-term strength.✔ Dual shrinkage compensation — compensates for shrinkage both in plastic and hardened states.✔ Chloride-free & iron-free — prevents corrosion and staining. 🛠🏼 Typical Applications This grout is ideal for precision and heavy load bearing grouting in situations such as:Grouting base plates and bolt pockets of turbines and compressorsGrouting heavy machinery foundations (e.g., pumps, generators)Crane rails and transport equipment installationsHeavy reciprocating machines (mills, presses, shearing machines)Steel rolling mill beds and large plant machinery basesBridge bearing pedestal and other critical structural components 📐 Performance Highlights Designed for gap thicknesses up to ~150 mm when mixed correctly. Mix with clean water to the specified ratio. Once placed, it flows into the void, fills completely, and sets with minimal shrinkage.
