Conplast WL Xtra is a liquid integral waterproofing admixture used in concrete, mortar, and plaster to give them enhanced waterproofing and durability. It's a construction chemical, typically from Fosroc, that you add directly into a concrete/mortar mix to make the structure more resistant to water ingress. 🧪 What It Is A dark brown liquid admixture based on cement-dispersion polymers that mixes readily with water and disperses evenly in concrete or mortar. Designed to be integral (meaning added inside the mix rather than applied on the surface) to reduce permeability and improve overall performance. 💪 Key Benefits Waterproofing: Helps minimize water penetration, which protects against dampness and moisture damage. Improved Concrete Quality: Reduces segregation and bleeding and can reduce the amount of water needed for workability, producing denser and stronger concrete. Higher Strength & Durability: Better cement particle dispersion improves hydration and can enhance concrete strength while increasing resistance to corrosion and cracking. Workability: Makes the mix more cohesive and easier to handle.
