Product Details
UsesProvides an effective and economical method of waterproofing to concrete and masonry surfaces, by mixing with cement and application by brush.AdvantagesNon - toxic, non-flammable and user friendlyProvides a tough, impermeable waterproof membrane Can be applied by brush, on horizontal and vertical surfacesExcellent adhesion to concrete and masonry surfacesProtects concrete and mortar from natural elements such as wind, rain, sunlightBreathable - allows inside water vapour to escape Other SpecificationMixed material with the above proportion will cover an area of 16-17m 2 for 1L of Hydroproof Xtra.1 part of Hydroproof Xtra 2 parts of Water 4 parts of Cement Application:For best results, wet the surface before coating. Apply the mix with a shod, stiff bristle brush like a paint to an approximate thickness of 1 to 2mrn. During the first 12 hours of curing, Hydroproof Xtra surface must be protected from abrasion, rain or other adverse conditions. No shall be allowed within 48 hours after application. Normally 2 coats of application of Hydroproof Xtra are recommended. First coat should be allowed to air dm for 5- 6 hours. After application of the final coat, initial air drying shall be allowed for 2 to 6 hours. During this period water should not be used for curing. Moist curing should be done for the next hours by spraying water on Hydroproof taco. Following moist curing,Hydroproof Xtra should be allowed to them for three days before subjecting it to submersion in water. Topcoat:Hydroproof Xtra acrylic polymer shall be mixed with neat cement in De ratio of 12 respectively, to obtain a uniform and consistent slurry avoiding any lump formation, This can be achieved with a low duty, low speed drilling machine attached with a mixing paddle, Do not mix for more Dan 2 minutes, Do not mix more material Dan which can be used within De pot life, Retempering De mix w. water should not be done, Occasionally stir De material till the entire quality is applied, so that solids do not settle at the bottom of the container.We Prefer buyers only from Telangana & A.P States.
