What Fosroc Renderoc CS Powder Is Fosroc Renderoc CS is a cementitious crack-sealing powder used for repairing fine cracks in concrete, masonry and plaster surfaces. It's supplied as a single-component dry powder that needs only the addition of clean water to form a workable repair mortar. 🧰 Main Uses ✅ Sealing non-structural cracks on concrete, plaster and masonry. ✅ Suitable for surface cracks (fine/hairline) rather than large structural defects. ✅ Can be used on horizontal, vertical and overhead surfaces. ✅ Can be painted or over-coated after curing. 📌 Key Features Single component — easy to mix with water. Non-shrink formulation — minimizes future cracking. Good adhesion to concrete and masonry. Polymer modified for enhanced flexibility and durability. White powder that can be painted after curing. 🧪 Typical Technical Details (May vary slightly by region/product pack) Form: White cementitious powder. Setting time: ~15–20 minutes. Compressive strength: ~22–24 N/mm² at 7–28 days. Mix ratio: Approx 1 part water : 2.5–3 parts powder (by volume). Coverage: ~30–38 running meters per kg for a V-groove crack of 6 mm × 6 mm. Shelf life: ~12 months when stored dry and unopened. 🧱 How It's Applied Prepare crack by cutting to a small V-shape groove (e.g., ~6 mm × 6 mm). Clean debris and dust, then dampen. Mix powder with clean water to a smooth paste. Pack into crack and finish with a putty blade/sponge. Cure lightly if required for larger cracks.
